Payment:
We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and through the mail accompanied by checks or money orders.  Please visit, www.paypal.com, to sign up for your free, secure account, if you aren't already a member.  Orders paid by check will not be shipped until the check clears.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped within 5 business days via UPS.  All orders are shipped insured.  We do our best to minimize your shipping costs.  Shipping is 30% of your order total, plus handling of $5.00 per order.  We ship within the US and to APO/FPO addresses. 

If actual shipping is less than charged, we will refund the difference in the original form of payment.

If you are interested in next day air shipping, please contact us before placing your order for shipping costs.

Returns:

Please email us or call us at 443-286-9494, prior to returning any item.  Returns are accepted if shipped back within 14 days of receipt.  All returns must be shipped via UPS, insured.  Shipping charges on returns are paid by customer, and no shipping charges are refundable.  

Breakage:

If your pottery arrives broken, please notify us immediately by either e-mail or phone at 443-286-9494.  Do not discard packaging or item.
